Lift the Cheeks
First, place your forearms on the table, clench your hands into fists and press them on your cheeks right at the cheekbone position with moderate force, gently. Move your hands in a curved motion from bottom to top and vice versa. Keep this position for 5 seconds.
Forehead Stretch
Raise your head and tilt it slightly backward. Clasp your hands to form fists, then use your fingertips to press the middle of the forehead along the hairline. Continue sliding towards the temple, then slowly move down the jawbone, neck, and finally to the collarbone.
Smoothen the Cheeks
Interlock your hands together, keeping your right thumb straight. Place your right thumb under the left eye, next to the nose wing. Perform the massage by gently pressing and sliding towards the ear, when reaching the ear, continue moving down the neck and collarbones. Repeat the movement and perform the same steps for the right side of the face.
Smoothen the Forehead Area
Make a fist with both hands, place the knuckles close to each other and place them on the forehead, pressing the fingertips on the face, slightly above the eyebrows. Press and slide the fingertips up and down gently towards the hairline. Then, move the hands back to the original position but this time slightly apart, repeat the movement several times to smooth the entire forehead, preventing wrinkles from appearing.
Eye Relaxation
In this exercise, you will need to close your eyes, lightly clasp your hands, and use your index and middle fingers to slide along the eyebrows from the inside out. Pay attention to keep the eyebrows between the index and middle fingers. Do this for 1-2 minutes and then switch to the other eye.
Neck Relaxation
Gently clasp your hands together, slightly spread the forefingers and middle fingers, and place them on your chin, just below the corners of the mouth. To relax the face, use your index and middle fingers to press on the skin, pull the skin from the chin upwards towards the temples. The pressure and pulling should be gentle, slow, and evenly distribute across the entire face. Perform this movement 7-8 times for each side of the face.
Gently Rub the Forehead, Cheeks, and Collarbones
Open your palms, place both hands on the forehead, and gently slide them towards the temples. Then, continue sliding your fingers from the cheeks, jaw, neck, and collarbones along the neckline to finish this exercise. This movement relieves the pressure from the entire face that you created while massaging.
3 Important Notes Before Performing the Massage Steps
